ADDITIONAL COVID-19 RULES
Fishing only available on a pre-booking basis with online payments.
Gates open at 8am. Please do not arrive before 8am.
Park in designated car parking areas only.
Fishing only from lake booked. No changing lakes.
Keep 2 metres away from all other anglers at all times.
Fish at marked pegs only. Closed pegs must not be fished.
Only family members from same house may fish at same peg.
Reception closed. If you need any bait please contact us by phone in advance. Card payment will be needed for any telephone orders.
Take all rubbish home – Do not leave any here. There are no bins available on site.
Use hand sanitizer before & after using eco-loo.
No sharing tackle between anglers (other than family groups at same peg).
Failure to abide to our rules may result in you being asked to leave immediately.
FISHING RULES
Drive slowly and quietly through the site. Remember that there may be children playing.
No litter. Please put all rubbish in bins provided. (Covid-19 update - Please take all litter home with you)
Barbless hooks only.
No fixed rigs – only safe rigs to be used.
No keep-nets, apart from in official Wooda Lakes organised or approved matches or events.
Unhooking mats are strongly recommended. Fish must be treated with care at all times and gently returned to the water quickly.
All fish caught must be released back to the lake from which it was caught – no moving fish from one lake to another.
Two rods may be fished on Lakes 1 to 4, although you usually only need one!
No radios etc unless used with earphones.
No nuts or cat-food. Boilies and groundbait in moderation.
No barbecues or fires.
Fishing is from dawn to dusk only. No night fishing.
Do not tamper or interfer with the inlet or outlet pipes.
All anglers (where legally required) must have an EA rod licence.
SPECIMEN CARP LAKE - ADDITIONAL RULES
Three rods (maximum) per person on the specimen carp lake, where space allows. Be considerate to other anglers.
Pole fishing is not advisable – we will not accept liability for any broken pole sections.
Unhooking mats or cradles must be used.
No carp sacks to be used.
Minimum 10lb line on specimen carp lake.
No under 16’s on specimen carp lake unless fishing with an adult.
Residents must remove all tackle and equipment from the lake overnight.
